Salon Etiquette
We understand that plans change, but we kindly ask you to let us know at least 24 hours in advance to help us manage our schedule and avoid any cancellation fees. You can reach out to us with amendments or cancellations via phone or email after hours. Please note for treatments lasting over 2 hours a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
For changes or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment cost will be applied. This fee must be settled before your next appointment. No-shows will be charged 100% This fee must be settled within 7 days.
To assist you, we will send a reminder of your appointment 48 hours beforehand, giving you the opportunity to confirm or reschedule without any fees. We appreciate your understanding, ensuring a smooth experience for all our clients.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Looking to celebrate a special occasion with friends or colleagues? Whether it's a pamper party, hen's party, team building event, or bridal party, we're here to help you plan the perfect group pampering experience. We're excited to tailor a pampering session that suits everyone. Please let us know your preferred date in advance so we can schedule your group for an unforgettable experience. For group appointments, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
CONNECTING ROOM
Whether you're with a friend or a loved one, you can experience your treatments side by side. Our flexible rooms allow the wall to be opened for either part or the entirety of your treatments. Please mention your preference for a connecting room when booking your visit, so we can prepare your personalised spa experience.
