Spa Covid-19 Traffic Light System Protocols


Under the new Government Protection Framework, for our business to remain open to our local community we have been forced to require that all our clients have a "My Vaccine Pass" in order to attend appointments 

This Pass will need to be shown to our Receptionist upon your arrival when attending your appointment


What our staff are doing to keep you safe during Red & Orange

  • Any staff member unwell will be required to stay home
  • All staff will be wearing masks
  • Hand sanitiser available on arrival for client use
  • Mandatory hand washing between all clients
  • PPE to be worn by Therapists 
  • Fresh linen & disposable items used for each client appointment 
  • All our linen is professionally laundered off site
  • UV sterilisation of all equipment
  • Disinfecting of all surfaces between clients
  • Contact-less payment (Paywave)
  • Restriction of the number of clients in waiting/reception area to ensure social distancing
  • Contact tracing of anyone entering the Spa


What we require of you (Client) to keep our staff safe during Red & Orange

  • If you feel sick, please stay home and let us know (our standard cancellation policy won’t apply)
  • Please wear your mask when coming in for your appointment
  • Maintain a 1m distance from other clients
  • Please only arrive just before your scheduled appointment and be mindful of maintaining social distancing in the Spa reception/waiting room areas
  • If you have had your COVID-19 vaccination within the last 2 weeks it may be advisable that you defer any invasive treatment for two weeks after the COVID-19 vaccination. - Please contact our Reception to check your situation
